Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

All products sold on SpecializedOverland.com are physical products and require shipping.

  • Most products include FREE shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Some products require paid shipping.

  • For any product that requires shipping, please request a custom shipping quote prior to placing an order by emailing info@specializedoverland.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Order Processing & Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order and payment authorization.

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or contact you to discuss alternative options.

Processing times vary by product. Estimated processing or lead times may be listed on the product page but are not guaranteed.


Shipment & Delivery

Once payment has been processed and your order is ready to ship:

  • Orders generally ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Specialized Overland is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.

  • If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier or refuse delivery.

  • If delivery is accepted, photos of the damaged packaging and product must be taken immediately.

To report damage:

  1. Email photos to info@specializedoverland.com

  2. Submit a return request through our Returns page

Claims submitted without photos or outside applicable carrier claim windows may be denied.
